What an attorney can mean to your case
Our experience is that the so-called little guy doesnt stand much of a chance against the large resources of an insurance company or other corporation that is taking advantage of them. The complexity of the law, jurisdictional challenges and procedural maneuverings can quickly bewilder plaintiffs and exhaust their resources. Having a knowledgeable and experienced attorney on your side can more than level the playing field, as evidenced by our 99% successful settlement history.

The first steps in beginning the claims process
During your initial consultation with your attorney, we request general information regarding the date of the accident, the place of the accident and the general nature of your injuries. At this time, you are asked to complete a Personal Injury Questionnaire with additional information regarding your accident and injuries. This questionnaire is used in connection with our investigation of your claim. You are also asked to sign various information releases and an engagement and contingent fee agreement. After receiving this information, the process of discovery begins. Please see our FAQ section for more details about the process.
